In 1913, the Spohn family of 100 Tenby Road sold them another 5 feet of land across the sidewalk going back 160 feet on their property to expand the survey line a small amount. In 1917, they hired realtor J. Elmer Watts to sell the home, and provided a beautiful drawing of the house featured below. From the drawing, it seems to be evident that the entrance hall was originally outside, and that it was sealed in from its original porch status sometime between the advertisement and the modern day.
